G-Fit-4U was founded by Guertie Elise Nestor in 2019 and provides you with healthy options to enhance your everyday routine. Guertie was a busy mom and a picky eater who sometimes had no clue what to eat throughout the day. To maximize her time she began making smoothies and treating them as a meal replacement. As she began exploring with different smoothies she began adding pressed juices to her regimen. A few bottles of cold pressed juices to go while thinking about your next meal. G-Fit-4U was her idea of making it easy for everyone to start and maintain healthy eating habits. As the smoothies and pressed juices continued filling her appetite, she craved solid fruits. She then introduced the concept of fruit bouquets (think edible arrangements) to her menu. .
